1. Defect & Damage Returns

At Craftle, we uphold rigorous quality standards and take pride in delivering garments of exceptional craftsmanship. We do not accept returns for items delivered in perfect condition. Returns are accepted only if the product has a significant defect or damage.

Return Process:

• Initiate Return: Contact us at craftle2024@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 7984008632 within 7 days of receiving your order to report any defects.

• Inspection: Once returned, our team will inspect the item to verify the reported issue.

• Approval Notification: We will notify you via email once the return is received and processed.

• Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that fit can sometimes be tricky. If your garment is defective, damaged, or doesn’t fit as expected, you are eligible for an exchange.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are for the same product only, in a different size or variant if available.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe return.

 

4. Refund Details

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval, to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

5. Important Conditions

• Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible.

• Items not meeting these criteria, or reported after the 7-day timeframe, cannot be accepted.

• Refunds apply only to defective or damaged products as per policy.
